Delete your account
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Sign in to your Nibras account.
- Open Profile from the main menu.
- Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the page.
- Confirm in the dialog.
Option 2 — By email
Email contact@nibras.fun from the address registered on the account with the subject “Account deletion request”. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What is deleted
Account data (name, email, username, avatar), gameplay data (sessions, scores, answers), and any linked streaming accounts. Financial transaction records are retained for 5 years as required by Saudi accounting regulations, then permanently deleted.
Subscribers: deleting the account does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the App Store or Google Play — cancel it in the store's subscription settings first.
